Our founder, Rodger Waynick, has been there. Years ago, Rodger found himself having to defend his family and himself from a violent attack. With little to no investigation, the police decided to arrest Rodger "and let the courts figure it out." Having never been arrested before, he didn't know what was happening, but was scared of losing everything. Rodger hired a lawyer who he expected to fight for him. That lawyer did nothing, except take his money. Eventually, he was cleared of all wrongdoing (and the attacker charged). Rodger knows that people need a lawyer who understands the fear and confusion of being arrested.
